OUR SALMON
Of the five species of salmon in the Pacific, we primarily catch two of them, chinook, or ‘king’ salmon, and sockeye, or ‘red’ salmon. Operating within the State of Alaska regulated fishing openers to ensure the conservation of natural stocks, every salmon we catch is hand-picked, bled, iced, filleted fresh and flash-frozen on-site during the summer salmon run. The salmon are then shipped frozen to our partners for distribution. We guarantee the salmon that ends up on your table has been sustainably harvested and carefully handled.
